Wests Tigers head to Tamworth for a week-long camp

The third NRL club to visit Tamworth in as many weeks will be touching down at the Tamworth Regional Airport on Sunday, 7 February.

The Wests Tigers will embark on a one week stay in Tamworth as the team looks to ramp up their preparations for the 2021 season.

The Tigers will begin their field preparations on Monday, and give fans across the New England Northwest the opportunity to meet and greet the players on Tuesday afternoon at Scully Park from 4:45pm -6pm. They will also head to Gunnedah on Wednesday afternoon.

The team will also spend the week with local charity groups and provide a coaching clinic for juniors and coaches on Thursday.

The Tigers will be getting familiar with he playing surface head of the Round 23 clash with the Cronulla Sharks at Scully Park, and tickets will go on sale soon.

*1pm to 1:30pm - Challenge Disability Service engagement

*2pm to 2:40pm - Unite Harmony Program at Tamworth High School

*4pm-5pm - Junior League Clinic at John Longmuir (REGISTER)

Thursday, 11th February:

*9:30am to 11am - training at Scully Park

*4:30pm to 5:30pm - Junior League Clinic at Scully Park (REGISTER)

*4:30pm to 6pm - Coaches Workshop at Scully Park (REGISTER)
